Lake Lanier Guest House
The lake house itself was only two bedrooms and the home owner put us to work to find a solution
It was not possible to add on to the existing house, so we came up with the solution by adding a garage that
gave them more storage and a one bedroom apartment above it, so when the family had guests, they would still have privacy.

Sugar Hill Basement
Sugar Hill Basement was done for a single mom whose mother was coming to live with her so they could share expenses. The two had limited funds; however,
we worked with them personally to make a living space for Mom, within their budget. Functionality of the space was key, with the stair elevator
as Mom was getting older but still wanted her own space. It is our job to give these two women as well as all our customers the best solutions at the most affordable price.
